Michael Newman brings over 25 years of industry experience in the international sales and business development arena. Currently Newman serves as Head of Global Growth and Business Development for Inorganic Ventures in Christiansburg, Virginia. Over the years, Newman served as Vice President of Sales for Condux International in Mankato, Minnesota as well as serving over 20 years in various sales leadership roles with Optical Cable Corporation in Roanoke, Virginia.

Over his career, Newman has been recognized with several awards and accolades. He received the Inaugural Compass Award for Excellence in International Trade from the Commonwealth of Virginia; Exporter of The Year from the U.S. Commerce Department; and the President’s E-Award, from the U.S. Secretary of Commerce.
