Mr. Manno is currently a Vice President – International Banking Group and employed by Fulton Financial Corp., a large regional bank with sophisticated international banking capabilities. He employs SBA and Ex-Im Bank Export Working Capital Guarantees and export credit insurance to mitigate commercial and political foreign receivables risk for commercial companies. Foreign exchange payments and hedging future rate fluctuation risk is also another aspect of his work. In addition, Mr. Manno coordinates payment vehicles such as export letters of credit and the entire line of trade services that work for financial institutions and downstream correspondent banks that are looking for credit and international banking services.

Prior to joining Fulton, Mr. Manno served as a Trade Finance Vice President at M & T Bank, structuring trade finance products for commercial customers and local correspondent banks. Mr. Manno received a B.A. in Political Science from George Washington University, an M.A. in International Affairs & Economics from George Washington University and an Executive Certificate in International Business from Georgetown University.
